Using the First Picture Properties Dialog Box
When the first Picture Properties dialog box appears, click the Select New File button. When you do, the Insert Media Item dialog box appears.
This box and lets you insert a picture from your computer (and any network folder available to your computer), or from the Web server to which your computer is connected. Both choices are described below.
