Deleting a User
When you need to remove a user from the application, you can easily do it from the User's Folder in the Workarea.
Warning!
Once a user is deleted from the database, he is deleted permanently. The process cannot be undone.
To delete a user, follow these steps.
- Access the view user screen for the user you want to delete, as described in Viewing a User.
- Click the Username of the user you want to delete.
- The View User Information screen is displayed.
- Click the Delete button (
). - A confirmation message is displayed.
- Click OK.
