Deleting Folders
You can delete folders that are no longer needed.
Note
The ability to delete a folder is a privilege granted by the system administrator. If you do not see a Delete Folder button (
) on the View Contents of Folder screen, you do not have permission to do so.
Caution !
Deleting a content folder permanently deletes its content blocks, Quicklinks and subfolders.
To delete a content folder, follow these steps.
- Navigate to the content folder you want to delete.
- Click the Delete Folder button (
).
- A confirmation message appears.
- If you are sure you want to delete the content folder, click OK.
- The screen is refreshed, and the folder is deleted.
