What is Moved?
When a content block is moved, it inherits permissions and workflows from the destination folder. Also, the Quicklink for the content block is moved in the library to the destination folder. However, the Quicklink remains the same (that is, the default template doesn't change). You can update this by editing the Quicklink. This procedure in described in Updating Default Template for Multiple Quicklinks.
