Viewing a Task
Once a task is added, (with the exception of Administrators) only the user who assigned the task and those to whom the task was assigned can view it.
To view a task, follow these steps.
Viewing a Task from the Content Folder
- Access the Contents folder from the left side of your Workarea.
- Select the content associated with the task.
- Click the Tasks tab.
- The page lists all tasks assigned to the content.
- Select a task.
From the view task page, you can add a comment to the task. See Adding Comments to Tasks for more information.
Viewing a Task from the Tasks Folder
To view a task from the Tasks folder, follow these steps.
- From the Smart Desktop, select the Tasks folder.
- Click the task you want to view.
- The View Task screen is displayed. From here, you can perform these tasks.
