Content Workflow Reports


Refresh Reminder Report

The Refresh Report displays all content blocks whose end date has passed and whose archive option is set to Refresh Report. These content blocks are still visible on the Web site. Their appearance on this report indicates that they are due for a content review. See Also: Setting Archive Options

Each item on the report contains the following information.

Column
Description
Title
Title of content block.
ID
ID number assigned to content block by Ektron CMS400.NET.
Last Editor
Last user to edit the content block.
Email
An icon appears if you can send an email to the user in the Last Editor column. See Also: Instant eMail
Date Modified
Date and time the content block was last updated.
Path
Folder location of content block in Ektron CMS400.NET Web site.

Removing Expired Content from Site

If you review content and decide it should no longer appear on your site, follow these steps to remove it. The content will be visible if you browse to it through the Workarea, but won't appear to site visitors.

  1. From the Expired Content Report, click the content block.
  2. From the View Content screen, click the Edit button ( ).
  3. Click the Schedule tab.
  4. Under Action on End Date:, click Archive and remove from site (expire).
