Canceling Class

In order to meet Kansas State Board of Regents regulations, it is extremely important that classes meet according to their assigned schedule at all times. If you must miss a class, please contact your Site Coordinator/Department Chairperson to arrange for a substitute. If illness or another emergency makes it impossible to meet with your class, you must notify your Department Chairperson/Site Coordinator as soon as possible.

In case of inclement weather, tune into Radio Kansas KHCC 90.1, Hutchinson; KJRG 950 AM, Newton; and KBBE 96.7 FM, McPherson. The decision to cancel evening classes is usually made by 4 pm.
