Mailbox Files

Each part-time and evening instructor has a file folder in the portable file at the Evening College office in the Parker Student Union. Communications from the college will be placed in the file, so please check your file weekly. If necessary, students can leave papers for you or you can leave information for students by placing them in your file. The files are kept secure so that you may leave make-up exams.

Most of you will receive verification of attendance sheets through the mail. Final grade reporting sheets can be accessed through the HCC Web Services website.
