Reporting

When the three matrices—Course Outcomes Matrix, Curriculum Map for Program Outcomes, and Institution-Wide Outcomes Matrix—are filed by all courses and programs, they will constitute the learning outcomes component of the HCC Assessment Plan. When the learning outcomes component of the plan is complete, instructors will report their course assessment results on the online reporting form or through ANGEL. When information is received from the reporting form and/or ANGEL, the Director or Learning Outcomes and Assessment will collect and aggregate the data to provide information on student success at the course, program, and institution-wide level. All stakeholders will be encouraged to use the information to make decisions about instruction, services, or allocation of resources.
